Jakub Löwit defended his thesis “Equivariant K-theory of affine Grassmannians in representation theory and arithmetic” in July 2026. Since October 2026 he has been a postdoctoral fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in Bonn. Congratulations to Jakub!

Read more →With a project titled “Interactions between Gromov-Witten theory and GKM theory” Daniel received a PhD DOC-fellowship. The highly competitive DOC Fellowship Programme of the Austrian Academy of Sciences offers funding for highly qualified doctoral candidates in all areas of research. This is the fifth DOC fellowship in the Hausel group in the last five years.
